“The City of Joondalup has advised that it is requesting feedback on whether the community uses and values the automated toilet facility at Mullaloo Beach North (Key West parking area) or whether the community would prefer it to be replaced or decommissioned. The reason for the requested feedback is that the current facility is causing maintenance problems to the City.
