Spraying in Connolly

Please take care when walking your pets around the streets of Connolly as the City Of Joondalup are spraying the build up of the winter weeds. The signage is very clear so you should see it clearly as you approach

-HAZARD REDUCTION BURN- JOONDALUP-RESORT -CONNOLLY

“The City of Joondalup has issued a permit for burning to take place around the Resort The permit is valid for the next eight weeks between 31 July and 30 September  Golf Course and burning  will be controlled by the Wanneroo Fire Department.There will be no burning over the weekend of 1 and 2 August.The Resort will not be permitted to burn stockpiles of vegetation or garden refuse.

The purpose of the hazard reduction burn is to reduce fuel loads by predominately targeting Grass Trees to reduce the risk of bush fire occurring that could result in damage to nearby properties and assets.

Joondalup Resort are responsible for notifying property owners and occupiers of the hazard reduction burn date(s) as part of the requirements of the permit.
