Our Sunday clean up was a great achievement, not only did we have a number of members from the Connolly Residents Association family attend but we were able to collect six full bags of rubbish in just 1 hour, dumped during the Christmas festive season. Please join us next time, 1 hour of your time, giving back into the community and getting some exercise and vitamin D.

As I drive around the suburb I am starting to see so many families decorating there homes to join in the spirit of Christmas. One example is in Portmarnock Circuit, you will see two homes that have made Reindeer’s. Keep it going and don’t forget to post your pics on our Facebook page as we have a mystery prize going out on Christmas Eve.

Its time to enjoy the magnificent effort the residents of Praire Dunes Place put on for all to enjoy. This event has been going on for many years and today the Connolly Christmas lights are well known attracting visitors from all over the Perth metro area. Please support by bringing your loose change and putting it into the Guide Dog collection box. The street has raised an enormous amount of money over the years to support the Guide Dogs that help so many people in our community. Remember to keep footpaths clear for young families with prams and wheelchairs can access the event too.

Lets respect the event so it continues for many years to come.
